ABOUT BTT ESTONIA
Our aim is to provide the highest level of BJJ
We promote health and fitness as well as other vital components of martial arts: self-confidence, respect and discipline. Here at BTT Estonia, we emphasise philosophical principles to students such as self-discipline, integrity, respect, honesty and honour. We believe promotion to the higher belts needs to reflect a student’s character as well as their technical abilities.

We represent Brazilian Top Team in Estonia
BTT is one of the most traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu clubs in the world. It was established in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, by Murilo Bustamante, Ricardo Libório, Mário Sperry and Luis Roberto Duarte, former members of the Carlson Gracie Academy. Currently, BTT has more than 60 clubs around the world: braziliantopteam.net

FOUNDER OF BTT ESTONIA
Sergio De Andrade Cabral
Head Coach & Founder of BTT Estonia
Black Belt under Murilo Bustamante | Marine Biologist | Professional MMA Fighter
Sérgio is a Marine Biologist and a lifelong martial artist. He began his journey in Judo as a young boy, and at just 14 years old, he joined the legendary Murilo Bustamante’s gym — and has never looked back.
Under the mentorship of Grand Master Murilo Bustamante — a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend and former UFC Champion — Sérgio developed a deep technical foundation and a true martial artist’s mindset. In pursuit of his academic career, he moved to Australia to study Marine Biology, but his passion for martial arts continued to grow. While there, he trained and competed in professional MMA, working alongside some of the top coaches and athletes in the sport.
In December 2014, Sérgio received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Murilo Bustamante himself — a milestone that marked decades of dedication on the mat.
Shortly after, he moved to Estonia, where he began making a strong impact on the local martial arts scene. Through his teaching, coaching, and leadership, Sérgio has contributed to the growth of MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Estonia. teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of martial artists.

Come and try the best sport you have ever considered
We do not have advanced and beginner classes separate, because that encourages growth and team spirit. You can come at any of the times above.
Wear something comfortable and flexible, most people wear shorts and a t-shirt until they have a Gi. Also, remember to bring a drink with you as BJJ can be thirsty work!
We sell all of the equipment you’ll need so if you’re unsure about anything, contact us before you attend your first class and we can help get you ready.
“Gi” is the name given to the traditional uniform worn in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).
We hear this line a lot and the great news is BJJ will help you get fit very quickly. If you already have a basic level of fitness that’s great, but if you don’t we can help you get there.
